Municipality of Kardzhali announces to the freeholders of properties in position of condominium ownerships. According to the Law of Condominium Ownership the chairmen of the apartments should give declaration for the maintenance of the apartments and for creating public record. This declaration should be submitted to the information center at the first floor of the municipality building until the date 30/06/2010. The sample of the declaration, registration card, condominium ownerships manual and sample of the condominium ownerships bylaw can be seen in the information center and in the web page of the municipality.
