Today the stated meeting of the village headmen took place in the great meeting room of the Municipality. Three items of the agenda were about the change of the regulation that is closely related to the farmers. The experts from Kardzhali “Agriculture” District Office and “Tobacco” Fund presented the developments about the process of the farmers’ registration. The experts from Plovdiv - National Income Tax Regional Office - introduced the social insurance method which occurred due to the legislative changes. The social insurance method is concerned with the agricultural workers that will be registered or that are already registered. Village headmen were informed about the training for the agricultural workers that is free of payment. The details of the training were presented by the Kardzhali Region Manager of the Independent Trade Union Association, Ivanka Karkoleva.
