Today, the Mayor Eng. Hasan Azis met the tailors of the “Bulfanco” company at the fourth day of their action. The workers that lost their hopes of solving their problems sent an invitation letter to the Mayor last week. Mayor listened to the activist women. They mentioned they would begin to hunger strike and would continue their action in the city center if their demands are not met. Eng. Azis promised to do his utmost within the framework of authority given to him in order to solve the problem in the company by the normal ways. The workers of the “Bulfanco” company started their action at the beginning of this week. They require to be paid the salaries that are unpaid since the September of the last year, all the food vouchers of the year 2009. Moreover, they require renewing the collective bargaining agreement which ended 4 months ago.
