Due to the heavy snowfall, Municipality of Kardzhali announces to all people and organizations. According to the 4th article of the Waste management regulations of the Municipality of Kardzhali the owners, users and the tenants of the single and double storey houses, offices, banks and shops are obliged to clean the snow and ice accumulated.
