Today Mayor of Kardzhali Eng. Hasan Azis made the first press conference of 2010. The main topic of this conference was the Budget of 2010. The budget was referred as the budget of a restrictive and crises period budget. The budget decreased by 1.3% relative to the Budget of 2009. The budget deficit is 7.000.000 Levs. However, the treasury of the Municipality is expecting an income of amount 1.8 million Levs. The amounts 40.943.000 Levs this year and 52% of this amount is state allowance. Mayor Azis presented the activities that have priority in detail. Among these the project of restoring the highways of Municipality, “Arpezor-Sever” Park Project, project of settling the road to Enchets in order to prevent landslide and project of developing “Nadejda” Daily Care Center which serves for people having obstacles exist. This year Municipality of Kardzhali will apply to the European fund for the project of cladding the schools and kindergartens. One other project of the Municipality will be the laying the water and sewage pipes to small life zones.
