Today, Municipality of Kardzhali and United Children’s Complex are organizing traditional 8th Masked Spring Ball. Traditionally all the 4th class students of the schools in Kardzhali will attend to the Ball. As each year the student that presents his/her mask best and the student with the most interesting mask will be selected. The Ball will start at 11.00 and will take place at the arena in front of the old monument of Georgi Dimitrov.
